- Grazing Allotment
- An area designated for the use of a prescribed number and kind of livestock under a plan of management developed by an authorized agency.
- Grazing Permittee
- An individual who has been granted written permission to graze a specified number, kind, and class of livestock for a specific period on a grazing allotment.
- Grazing Season
- A period of grazing to obtain optimum use of the forage resource; an established period for which grazing permits are issued.
- Grinding media
- Material used to more finely grind ore material to a size that allows recovery of the desired contained material(s).
- Groundwater Table
- The surface between the zone of saturation and the zone of aeration; the surface of a body of unconfined groundwater at which the pressure is equal to that of the atmosphere.
