Comments - Scoping Period

The public scoping comment period ended July 14th, 2008. Comments received after July 14, 2008 will still be given consideration if they substantively address issues not covered by previous comments. However, comments received now will not be analyzed in formal comment scoping reports. New substantive comments may be submitted until publication of the draft environmental impact statement.
