The objective of this dispersion modeling report will be to quantify the maximum predicted ambient impacts due to criteria pollutant emissions for comparison with applicable NAAQS and PSD Class I Increments and to evaluate the potential impact of these on the AQRVs. Based on comments received from the Federal Land Manager, revised modeling simulations were developed. In order to provide documentation on the revised modeling effort, this modeling report has been developed.
