Summary:
The purpose of this process memorandum is to review fires that have occurred within the Rosemont Copper analysis area since publication of the first Supplemental Information Report (SIR) in May 2015. These additional fires represent changed conditions on the landscape. This memorandum assesses whether the potential effects of these fires are within the scope and range of effects considered in the in the December 2013 Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS).
